Enquiring about or booking technical analysis training focused on divergence analysis with RSI and MACD also constitutes acceptance of the booking conditions described here and in our refund policy.

Our sessions teach analytical methods. They are not investment advice, brokerage services, or personalised recommendations to buy or sell any instrument. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Site content, curriculum outlines, checklists, and annotated chart packs remain the property of Systematic Innovation or their respective owners. You may use materials supplied for a session for your personal education. You may not republish, resell, or present them as your own training product without written consent.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep fees, schedules, and descriptions current. Training dates and availability are confirmed only in writing after an enquiry. Informational pricing on this site is not a binding offer until we issue a confirmation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in the United Kingdom, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from applying methods discussed in training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false contact details. Recording of live sessions is prohibited unless we agree in writing.
