What we collect

Why we process data
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, schedule training, issue invoices, and keep records required for accounting. Analytics cookies (if accepted) help us understand which pages are useful. Legal bases include legitimate interests in operating a training practice, performance of a contract when you book, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking relationship requires longer retention. Invoices and related accounting records are retained for the periods required under UK tax rules. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
