Notebook and laptop prepared for a training session

Curriculum

The learning path behind our masterclass and clinics — how technical analysis training focused on divergence analysis with RSI and MACD is sequenced from swings to confirmation.

  1. Structure before oscillators

Mark swing highs and lows that define the move. Discard decorative pivots. Agree timeframe alignment before opening the RSI or MACD pane.

  2. RSI divergence types

Regular versus hidden readings, length choices that still respect the chart, and failure modes when RSI is applied to the wrong swings.

  3. MACD line and histogram

Read line divergences with histogram slope and zero-line context so confirmation is earned, not assumed.

  4. Confluence and invalidation

Combine oscillator evidence with session timing and a written cancel level. Practise saying “no trade” on weak setups.

  5. Live chart drills

Mark examples from FTSE names, major FX pairs, and indexes under trainer feedback. Build the personal checklist you will keep beside the keyboard.

  6. Follow-up review

Masterclass seats include a later call to review two of your own charts against the same gates.

How to use this page

If you recognise gaps in the early steps, start with the Divergence Masterclass. If you already mark swings cleanly and want denser oscillator practice, ask about the RSI & MACD Clinic. Private desks can compress modules into a team briefing.
