Refunds & rescheduling
Rules for deposits, cancellations, and refunds on technical analysis training focused on divergence analysis with RSI and MACD.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for scheduled training seats, coaching hours, clinics, or team briefings confirmed in writing by Systematic Innovation. Informational prices on the website alone do not create a payable booking.
Timeframe for cancellation by you
Cancel fourteen or more days before the session start for a full refund of fees paid for that session. Cancel between thirteen and seven days before the start for a fifty percent refund. Cancel fewer than seven days before the start and the fee is non-refundable, though we may offer a single reschedule at our discretion if a seat remains available.
Rescheduling
You may request one free reschedule if you give at least seven days’ notice and an alternative date exists within three months. Further reschedules may incur an administration fee of £40.
Deposits
Where a deposit is taken to hold a masterclass or team briefing seat, the deposit is applied to the balance. Deposits follow the same cancellation timetable as full fees unless the confirmation email states otherwise.
No-shows
Failure to attend without notice is treated as a late cancellation. No refund is due. Materials prepared specifically for a private session remain chargeable.
Sessions already started
Once a live session has begun, fees for that session are non-refundable. If technical failure on our side prevents delivery, we will offer a replacement sitting or a full refund of the affected fee.
Materials
Printed packs already produced for a private cohort are non-refundable once printing has started, up to a stated materials amount on the invoice. Digital checklists supplied after payment remain yours for personal use even if a later module is rescheduled.
How to request a refund
Email hello@systematic-innovation.digital with your booking name, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten working days of approval.
Our cancellations
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra cost.
Exceptions
Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected. This policy covers training services only; we do not sell physical retail products or software licences through this site.
